Led by Kate Ruane, this company provided us with crucial funding to ensure that our event would be a success, and we were honored to have her in attendance to witness the work we do here.
Kate is an accomplished Real Estate Broker who is the owner of Revolve Real Estate. Kate started Revolve Real Estate to give clients a true “one-stop shop” experience, built on integrity, relationships, and results. On top of residential and commercial sales, she specializes specifically in working with investors of all types. From first-time buyers who are starting with a single-family or a duplex, flippers, house-hackers, portfolio-builders, all the way up to large multi-million dollar commercial projects and new construction. She entered into the arena at a young age, taking on approx. 250 tenants of her own, and knows this market extremely well. For investors, her goal is simply to make you the most money possible. For buyers, the goal is getting you YOUR dream home. She is on the board of a local bank, has a strong property management team on deck, extensive education and expertise, and access to reliable contractors and lenders.
