Peep | Indraloka Animal Sanctuary

Peep

Peep, along with her best friend Bo, was bred to be used as a game bird. We were lucky enough to rescue them as tiny ducklings before they were big enough for that fate.  When they first moved in, Lucy Lou Goosey, a goose, took them under her wing and raised them as her own until they were old enough to be ducks on their own.

Peep loves to swim and play, and especially loves hanging out with the big pigs. Since Bo moved on to the star world, Peep has made friends with the other ducks and the turkeys. If she’s not hanging out with her friends, she can usually be found in the big pig house nesting peacefully in the hay.

Peep can fly, but if she ever decided to go on an adventure, she always quickly returned to her favorite spots at the sanctuary close to her friends.
