It is with great sadness that we share that our sweet baby Mak has not survived. Mak’s cough returned and he stopped taking his bottle. Late last night, he started showing symptoms of bloat. We treated him immediately and while he seemed to improve, it happened several more times before he succumbed. We are all grieving from this sudden loss.
Yesterday, Loni’s leg was re-wrapped in the clinic and Dr. Interlandi has spoken with the orthopedic surgeon for ruminants at New Bolton Center, who is now reviewing radiographs and will be calling to discuss a plan of action.
